Ladies and gentlemen,
The highest governing body of our Swiss Life Collective BVG Foundation is the Board of Trustees, which comprises employee and employer representatives. The current term of office runs until 30 June 2029.
Due to personnel changes within employee representatives, the available substitute members have already been exhausted. To ensure continuity and the interests of insured persons are fully represented, extraordinary elections are therefore held to increase the number of substitute members of employee representatives.
As an employee representative of the Administrative Board of your employee benefits unit, you are invited to take part in these elections and play an active role. You may stand as a candidate for election as a substitute member of the employee representative or exercise your voting right by electronic ballot.
On the following pages you will find all the important information about the extraordinary elections. These include the election regulations, explanations on the election procedure, information on the duties of a member of the Board of Trustees and the deadlines and requirements for standing as candidates and taking part in the election. You can submit your candidacy using the form provided.
